Wellness on the Wolf

Life is an ongoing process.

What is wellness coaching?

Wellness (life, nurse) coaching is a partnership where we work together to explore what parts of your life you would like to improve, set goals that inspire you, and co-create achievable steps to get you there.

As a professional wellness coach, I will help you find inner strength, self motivation and management in your life to actually improve your overall health. All you need is a desire to change.

No goals? No problem.

Small or large, I will partner with you to work through these changes and advocate for your health, because YOU deserve actual wellness. Become empowered and be held accountable in a positive, supportive way.

  • Give yourself grace

  • Honor your mind-body connection

  • Live life to it's fullest every day!

  • When I started my journey with Martha, I didn’t have what in my eyes felt like “standard”, measurable goals. I was dealing with anxiety & unhealthy boundaries. I knew I needed something to change yet wasn’t quite sure how to make that change happen. Through weekly conversations, goal setting and accountability, I have found the change that I’ve been looking for. I didn’t quite truly understand all of the areas in my life that anxiety was impacting, but through this “life work” (as Martha calls it), I’ve achieved self-compassion, confidence, improved digestion, consistent exercise & a healthy routine. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • Martha was an awesome coach! It was lovely to have someone who could challenge me and get me thinking about my goals and barriers during and after the sessions. Her 'life-work' assignments were thoughtful and kept the work going into the next scheduled session. Thank you Martha!

  • This has been a wonderful opportunity to learn more about myself and to grow in many aspects of my life, especially spiritually. I am so grateful to have had this experience.

  • If you need a little help in any area of your life, I would highly recommend hooking up with Martha for coaching. She is not only easy to talk to, but very kind and understanding. She is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas due to her background in healthcare. The support she provides is truly awesome! Connect with her, it will be life changing!

  • After working with Martha for the past three months my confidence in myself has soared and I am well on my way to achieving my personal goals. Martha is more then just a coach, she is your own personal cheerleader through whatever you are trying to achieve. She is always there for you when you need her!

  • Martha did such an awesome job coaching me throgh some great goals/plans for what foods I needed to properly fuel my body. She does a great job of offering challenging questions and plans that promote a lot of thought. Ideas that carry into each day. It is nice to have a person that holds you accountable, that you can bounce questions off of, and also has questions for you to brainstorm on and challenge you!

  • Recommend 100 %. Taking time to talk about you and work thru challenges (sleep), can provide magnificant results with such little time invested. Easy, simple changes can be such a big difference in sleep pattens.

  • “It may sound simple, you control only your own response and actions. However it’s one of the hardest things to follow thru with -yet one that’s the most rewarding. Martha’s great about gently calling you out, helping you to see it’s all in your control and that you can change any situation. Breaking down situations to handle easier- it can be done one step at a time, don’t take on the whole flight of stairs- just one step at a time.”
